Spectrumbyaisha wants their customers to be satisfied with  services rendered and will do their best to satisfy customers

1. Exchange/Ammendment will be done within 7 working days after delivery, if the issue is from our part

2. All items must be unused and in the same condition that it was bought in order for it to be exchanged

3. There will be no return or exchange for orders that do not fit as a result of wrong measurements given by the customer, kindly confirm measurements via our size chart

4. There are instances where customers give smaller sizes because they think the fabric is stretchy or they are undergoing a weight loss regimen, Spectrumbyaisha won’t be liable for wrong measurements given by customers

SALES

This policy applies to goods that were sold during promotions or sales

1. They are exempted from return or exchange

2. Alterations on purchased items would not be done for free, a fee will be charged for alterations

3. Shipping fee is funded by the returnee, Spectrumbyaisha will only bear the cost of delivery for goods that were incorrectly sent to the buyer

4. In the case that the product is sold out and the customer insists on a new one to be made, the price of the sale won’t apply to the new product

RETURN POLICY

All our pieces are designed with the purpose of impressing and satisfying our customers

However, we are aware that there are times that items may not be to your satisfaction

Kindly be informed that if you want to return any item purchased, you can send us a dm or WhatsApp message within 3 days of receiving the item

Please be reminded that we can only accept an item if they are returned in accordance to our policy

Items can be returned for exchange if Spectrumbyaisha is liable for wrong measurements, damage or wrong item being sent

Signs that the item might have been worn apart from when it was tried, or signs of any damage that isn’t the fault of Spectrumbyaisha will lead to the request being in unaccepted

Items returned as a result of wrong measurements given by customer will attract the sum of N5,000 before being altered

Items bought on sales cannot be returned or altered
